If your order came through Deliveroo, Careem, Talabat or Noon, that platform handles refunds and missing items, so start with them — they can act on it immediately. For anything they cannot resolve, or for orders placed in the Curry Mile app, email hello@currymile.ae with your order number and we will pick it up.
